Specially designed to adjust, check and remove chain as well as for adjusting the balancer shafts. Set includes camshaft pulley holding tool, camshaft alignment tool (2pcs) and balance shaft locking forks and bar. Timing tool set for Mercedes (M651) 1.8 ,2.1 CDI diesel engine (ASTA A-M651) sold separately. Supplied in handy storage case.

ASTA A-MA651 Timing Tool Set For Mercedes 1.8, 2.1, 2.2 Diesel (M651)

Timing tool set to lock engine chain in correct position on Mercedes-Benz 1.8, 2.1, 2.2L (M651) diesel engine while camshaft drive chain adjustment, removal or installation work is undertaking. Specially designed for M651 engine manufactured after 2012 including engines used in Mercedes-Benz hybrids. Set includes tool for locking the crankshaft pulley, camshaft locking plate, timing chain guide bar and offset female E14 star/ Torx® wrench for camshaft fixing bolts. Can be use in conjunction with timing chain splitting/ fitting tool set (ASTA A-7022UPG). Balance shaft locking bar (ASTA A-M651UPG) sold separately. Supplied in carry case.
