Delivery Charges

For orders over £30, we offer the following delivery options:

  • Free Collection in Person (Mansfield Branch): You can collect your order in person from our Mansfield Branch at no additional cost.

  • Free (2-3 Working Days Delivery) - Evri: Enjoy free delivery within 2-3 working days through our trusted partner, Evri.

  • £0.95 (1-2 Working Day Delivery) - Evri Next Day: Choose this option for expedited delivery within 1-2 working days through Evri Next Day service.

  • £2.95 (Next Working Day Delivery) - DPD Next Day: Opt for DPD Next Day delivery for a speedy next working day delivery service at £2.95.

For orders below £30, our delivery options are as follows:

  • Free Collection in Person (Mansfield Branch): Collect your order in person from our Mansfield Branch at no extra cost.

  • £1.95 (For Small Items Only - Up to 100g, Including an Envelope and 25mm Thick) - Royal Mail: This option is available for small items that meet the specified criteria.

  • £3.95 (2-3 Working Days Delivery) - Evri: Enjoy delivery within 2-3 working days through our partner, Evri.

  • £4.95 (1-2 Working Day Delivery) - Evri Next Day: Choose Evri Next Day for expedited delivery within 1-2 working days at a cost of £4.95.

  • £6.95 (Next Working Day Delivery) - DPD Next Day: Opt for DPD Next Day delivery for a speedy next working day service, available at £6.95.

Dispatch Times

All of our products are stocked in the UK and will be dispatched on the same day (Monday to Friday) if ordered before the cut-off time of 3:30 p.m. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched on the next working day. We are actively working with our courier partners to extend the cut-off time for later dispatch; please keep an eye on our website for any updates regarding this improvement.

30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at WJDtools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day returns policy, allowing you to return items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please visit our 'Returns Policy' and submit a form.

What to Do If You Haven't Received Your Item

If the delivery time has passed and you have not received your item, please call us at 01623 85 81 81 or contact us here for assistance. Occasionally, items may be delayed or lost in the post. After confirming the item has been lost, we will rearrange a re-delivery or provide another resolution depending on the buyer's preferences.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange items for another, please visit our 'Returns' section and submit a return form. Once we have received the goods and inspected them to ensure they are in the same condition as received, we will refund you the cost of the item. You can make a new purchase of the correct items anytime or wait until we have refunded you for the cost of the original goods. Please note that the postage charge will not be refunded.

Wrong/Faulty/Damaged Goods

If the items you received are wrong, damaged, or faulty, please visit our 'Returns' section and submit a form. We will rearrange the delivery of the correct items as soon as possible or provide another solution if the buyer prefers. We will cover the return postage costs for wrong/faulty/damaged goods and also for the replacement goods to be shipped.
