Comprehensive piston ring compressor set specially designed for cleaning piston ring grooves and removal or installation of pistons into the cylinder block. Suitable for cleaning, maintenance, service and repairs on most engine piston rings. Set includes different diameter and length piston ring compressors (Ø53-125mm, Ø90-175mm), piston ring installation and removal pliers (Ø100-150mm) as well as piston ring groove cleaner. Piston ring compressors Ø60-160mm (SATRA S-MHR37), Ø90-175mm (SATRA S-MHR47), piston ring pliers Ø40-100mm (SATRA S-D40PR), Ø80-120mm (SATRA S-D80PR) and Ø110-160mm (SATRA S-D110PR) sold separately. SATRA S-MHR47 Piston Ring Compressor (Ø90-175mm)

Adjustable piston ring compressor tool for installation of pistons into the cylinder block. Suitable for pistons in diameter between Ø90-175mm. Specially designed strong spring steel folds around the piston holding the rings in position and allowing to slide into the cylinder bore without damage. Feature spring loaded steel wrap construction with ratcheting tension mechanism. Piston ring compressor Ø60-175mm (SATRA S-MHR37) sold separately. Supplied with steel square drive spanner for tightening.
