Water pump tester tool kit designed to test the operation of mechanically driven coolant pump within the engine cooling system in situ during engine operation. Works by measuring the internal pressure waves generated by the pump. Suitable to identify pump problems caused by damaged impellers, seized impeller shafts or a slipped water pump drive belt with minimum vehicle disassembly required. Set includes adaptors to fit rubber hoses with Ø8 to 20mm (I/D) and hard pipes from Ø7 to 22mm (O/D). Supplied in carry case.
