Comprehensive timing tool set for chain driven VAG (Audi, Volkswagen) 2.7, 3.0 TDI V6 and 4.0, 4.2L TDi V8 common rail diesel engines. Contains all required tools and pins to lock timing in correct position to adjust or replace chain as well as work on HP pump and cylinder head. Set can be also use on later 3.0D TDi V6 and 4.2D TDi V8 common rail second generation diesel engine. Recommended use with pulley holding tool (ASTA A-8084 or ASTA A-8084UPG) and universal pulley removal tool (ASTA A-TPP9 or ASTA A-1054-2). Supplied in handy storage case.
